Chris Coleman • Manchester, UK
Hey! I'm Chris. I am currently studying an MA in Games Development at the University of Bolton. Prior to this, I studied at the same educational institution towards gaining a BSc in Games Design, where I achieved a 2:1. My further background in education saw me study at Hopwood Hall College where I gained a HND in Creative Media and achieved a Distinction. I also gained a BTEC in Games Development at Level 3 to which I achieved Distinction, Distinction, Merit. Alongside my study, I work part-time for Starbucks as a Barista.
Upon completion of my academics, I hope to put my foot in the industries door in order to become a level designer through making use of various skills such as 3D modelling and scripting. Amongst that, I carry other skills such as graphic design and web development from design, management and coding aspects. I've had an interest in level design ever since I downloaded Valve's Hammer Editor via Steam in 2005 after building my first computer. It was from there that my interest in game design as a whole progressed and I began to branch out my skills into other areas.
